Jerry Isenhower
Candidate for the Medley at Southshore Bay HOA Board

I’m running for the HOA Board because I care about our community and want to help make sure it continues to be a great place to live.
I’m running for the HOA Board because I care about our community and want to help make sure it continues to be a great place to live.
I believe in listening to residents, communicating openly, being responsible with our money, and making decisions based on what is best for our entire community.
WHY I'M RUNNING
I decided to run for the HOA Board because I care about our community and want to help make sure it continues to be a great place to live. I've become involved because I believe I can bring my experience, common sense, and willingness to listen to help make a difference in our community.

"I believe that to be a good leader in an HOA, you first have to be a good servant to the community. "
Being elected to the Board isn't about having power or authority over your neighbors. It's about being entrusted with the responsibility to listen, to serve, and to make decisions that are in the best interest of the entire community.
That's the kind of Board member I want to be. I don't have all the answers, and I don't expect everyone to agree with me. But I will listen, ask questions, do my homework, and work to make decisions based on what I believe is best for Medley and its residents.
MY PRIORITIES
I believe these six areas are important to keeping Medley a great place to live and ensuring our HOA is well managed.
These priorities aren't about one particular issue or project. They're about how I believe the HOA Board should approach the decisions it makes every day—communicating openly with homeowners, being responsible with our money, following the rules, listening to residents, protecting the community we've invested in, and looking for ways to operate more efficiently.
These are the principles I would bring with me if I have the opportunity to serve on the Board.
Protecting the Value of
Our Community
Protecting the investment we've all made in our homes and community.
ABOUT JERRY
I've been involved in leadership, business, and working with people for most of my adult life. I've owned multiple businesses and have spent many years managing people, solving problems, and dealing with the day-to-day responsibilities that come with running a business.
I've also become increasingly involved in our Medley community because I care about where we live and want to help make it the best community it can be.
I don't believe a Board member needs to have all the answers. I believe they need to be willing to listen, ask questions, do their homework, and work with others to find solutions.
I would appreciate the opportunity to put my experience to work for the homeowners of Medley.
