OPEN COMMUNICATION & TRANSPARENCY

I believe homeowners have a right to know what their HOA is doing and why decisions are being made. Important information should be easy for residents to find, understand, and access.

 

 

A COMMUNITY-WIDE PROJECT LIST

 

One thing I would like to see is a community-wide, easily accessible HOA Board Project List. This would provide residents with a central place to see the projects the Board is working on, including when the project was started, the expected completion date, and the current status.

 

 

MAKING HOA INFORMATION EASIER TO FIND

 

I would also support using technology and our community website to make important HOA information easier to find, rather than expecting homeowners to search through different systems or make records requests to find basic information.

 

 

TRANSPARENCY IS MORE THAN DOCUMENTS

 

Transparency isn't just about making documents available. It's also about communicating with residents and explaining the reasons behind important decisions. We may not always agree with those decisions, but residents should have enough information to understand how and why they were made.
